    With 25 years experience under her belt working with leading retail and hospitality brands in Australia and globally, today she maintains her role as Founder and Creative CEO, leading a team of designers, strategists and website developers.

    Emma has a sharp eye, high standards, and a deep respect for story. She built Camille on one conviction: a brand without a point of view is a liability. Everything the agency does traces back to that belief.

    She earns trust with directness, taste, and expertise. She'll tell you what you need to hear early, build a strategy that actually holds, and lead a team that delivers without cutting corners. The standard is the standard.

  • Kelsey is a sharp, strategy-led marketer who brings together brand insight, digital expertise and performance thinking. She has worked with brands including Arch Melbourne, Dita Von Teese, Phillippa’s Bakery, The Continental Sorrento and Deaf Children Australia, delivering strategy, content and omni channel campaigns with a clear results driven approach.

  • With over a decade of experience in fashion, lifestyle, and retail, Liv specialises in brand strategy, campaign rollouts, and digital execution. Having previously worked with some of Australia's iconic brands like Rolla’s Jeans, Neuw, and Abrand, she brings a deep insight into how branding, art direction, and strategy work together to create meaningful connections.

  • Brigette is passionate about the wellness, beauty, and lifestyle space having worked within fast-paced creative melting pots like MECCA and Kic. She graduated with a Bachelor of Communication Design (Distinction) from RMIT University, and is highly skilled in shaping end-to-end brand experiences across digital, print, campaigns, and events, with a strong eye for strategy, storytelling, and art direction.

  • Stephanie blends technical capability with thoughtful design execution, bringing a versatile skillset across graphic design and digital media. She has worked with brands including Agents’Agency, TwoBays Brewery, Epicurean Group and The Continental Sorrento, delivering creative across branding, campaigns, social media and digital production.
