How long does the design process take?
This is by far the most common question asked of us! Basically, the time it takes will vary depending on the project. Our branding packages take around 2-4 weeks to complete. Other projects can range from a few days for social media assets to 2-6 months for a website design and build. Get in touch and we can discuss timeframes.
Do you offer payment plans?
We’re more than happy to work in with a payment plan that suits you. A non-refundable 30-50% deposit is required to hold your spot on our calendar. The remaining 1-2 payments can be staggered over the project.
How do I get a quote for my project?
Sometimes it’s good to have an idea of an approximate cost and lead time before getting started. Please fill out our contact form and we will be in touch within 1-2 days to discuss in detail - don’t worry we won’t keep you waiting!

What’s included in a branding package?
There may be some variation in the assets you will receive, for example, a fashion-based service will be different from a food-based service. The basic foundational components will remain the same, these include:
