EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT INSTITUTE

EA Institute

THE BRIEF

The Executive Assistant Institute, founded by Kymh Huynh and Demi Mark, set out to build a global team of the most effective executive and virtual assistants for high-impact leaders. Our challenge: create a bold, energetic brand identity and website that reflected their vision, built trust, and stood apart in a crowded market.

THE PROCESS

We began with a deep-dive brand discovery to distill the founders’ personality and positioning. From there, we crafted a distinctive visual identity, a modern logomark, confident typography, and a vibrant yet professional palette. The brand is led by a strong magnetic brand voice, energetic, assured, and drawn from the founders’ own words to feel unmistakably theirs. The website is conversion-driven, with a streamlined architecture, founder-led storytelling, clear service pathways, transparent pricing, and persuasive social proof.

THE OUTCOME

A high-impact brand and digital presence that radiates ambition and authority. The new identity gives EAI instant recognition, while the website captures attention, communicates value in seconds, and moves visitors seamlessly toward enquiry. It’s a platform built to scale with their global vision, bold, memorable, and impossible to ignore.
